Provide your registered contact number to cashier before you start checking out from our store. Every S$1 spend allows you to earn 1 Point.
在结账前告知收银员您注册会员的电话号码以登入您的会员系统，为该次消费赚取积分。每消费新币一元，将可获得一积分。
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Scarlett Membership System Upgrade Notice
尊敬的顾客朋友：
为了进一步提升服务品质与会员体验，思家客国货超市将于2025年10月21日起，分阶段对各门店会员系统进行全面升级与切换。
Dear Valued Customer,
To further enhance our service quality and improve your shopping experience, Scarlett Mart will be carrying out a phased upgrade of its membership system across all outlets starting from 21 October 2025.
在系统切换期间，您的会员积分将暂时在原系统与新系统中分别显示。我们预计将在2025年12月份完成两套系统的积分数据统一合并，届时您的积分余额将以新系统为准。
During the transition period, your membership points may be temporarily displayed separately in the old system and the new system. We expect to complete the consolidation of both systems within December 2025, after which your final points balance will be reflected in the new system.
在升级过程中，可能会出现会员积分更新延迟或显示差异的情况。对此给您带来的不便，我们深表歉意，并感谢您的理解与支持。
Please note that there may be temporary delays or discrepancies in the update of points during this process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
